Our PVC camping sun protection is made of lightweight PVC fabric, which is not only translucent, but also offers unobtrusive privacy protection. The wind-permeable construction ensures stability in mild breezes, so you can fully concentrate on your camping adventure. 

The upper edge is equipped with a round piping (standard 5mm), while the lower edge has eyelets that allow for easy and secure attachment. The number of eyelets varies depending on the length of the sun protection and thus offers the ideal adjustment to your needs.

Our PVC camping sun shade is available in different lengths to ensure you find exactly the right size for your campsite. Choose between 150cm, 200cm, 250cm, 300cm, 350cm, 400cm, 450cm and 500cm length. The amount of eyelets also varies accordingly: 3 / 4 / 5 / 5 / 5 / 6 / 6 / 6.

Storage instructions:

To avoid unsightly creases, we recommend storing the awning privacy screen rolled up. If there is a lack of space, our textile sun protection products offer a flexible solution - they can simply be folded small and stored in a small box.

Use on different awnings:
• Thule, Fiamma, Dometic use a 5mm round piping. This is therefore the default setting for us.
• WIGO awnings, on the other hand, require a 7mm round piping.

Wie befestige ich ein Sonnensegel effektiv?
Unsere Sonnensegel sind mit einem 5mm Standard-Rundkeder ausgestattet, passend für Fiamma, Thule oder Dometic. Sie verfügen über einen Rundkeder oben sowie Ösen zur Befestigung an der Unterseite. Die Anzahl der Ösen variiert je nach Länge des Sonnensegels. Für optimale Lagerung empfehlen wir, den Markisen-Sichtschutz gerollt aufzubewahren, um Knicke zu vermeiden.

Welcher Stoff eignet sich am besten für Sonnensegel?
nsere Sonnensegel bestehen aus leichtem PVC-Gewebe, das licht-, blick- und winddurchlässig ist. PVC ist sperrig und sollte daher aufgerollt transportiert werden. Textilvarianten sind kompakt faltbar und nehmen kein Wasser auf. Unsere textilen Sonnenschutzprodukte sind ideal für Camping und können in einer kleinen Kiste verstaut werden.

Welche Größe sollte ein Sonnensegel idealerweise haben?
Die Größe unserer Sonnensegel ist flexibel und kann maßgefertigt werden. Die Länge variiert zwischen 150cm und 580cm, wobei die Anzahl der Befestigungsösen entsprechend angepasst wird. In der neuen Kategorie "Textil Sonnenschutz" bieten wir auch Segel mit einer Höhe von 200cm an.

Sind Sonnensegel wasserabweisend oder wasserdurchlässig?
Unsere Sonnensegel aus leichtem PVC-Gewebe sind wasserundurchlässig, während Textilvarianten kein Wasser aufnehmen. Beide Varianten sind hochwertig, randverstärkt und verfügen über Ösen zur sicheren Befestigung.

Was sind die Vor- und Nachteile zwischen Textil und PVC für Sonnensegel?
Die Textil-Sonnensegel sind leichter und können einfach gefaltet werden, was sie platzsparend und leicht zu verstauen macht. Zudem sind sie in der Regel leichter zu reinigen. Anders sieht es bei PVC-Sonnensegeln aus. Sie sind zwar wasserundurchlässig und robust, aber aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit eher sperrig und haben ein größeres Packmaß. Das macht sie beim Transport weniger handlich. Die Reinigung von PVC-Sonnensegeln kann etwas aufwendiger sein, da spezielle Reinigungsmittel erforderlich sein könnten, um ihre Qualität zu erhalten. Die Wahl zwischen Textil und PVC hängt also von individuellen Bedürfnissen ab: Textil bietet leichte Handhabung und einfache Reinigung, während PVC eine robustere, wasserabweisende Option darstellt, jedoch weniger kompakt für Transport und Lagerung ist.
