Integrated wind skirt: Welcome to our original version of the innovative awning rug.
The wind skirt and the rug are made in one piece from PVC mesh material, making it the ideal summer rug. Thanks to the air-permeable skirt, cool air flows perfectly under the camper and into the awning, providing air conditioning while still keeping out small animals and, in windy conditions, blowing leaves.
Washability: Naturally, a camping tent floor also needs cleaning from time to time. This is best achieved here with water and, if necessary, dish soap. Soaking and scrubbing with a soft brush usually does the trick. The material is only PRINTED. Technically, it is possible for the print to be scratched off over time, so a little care is required.
Odorless: Even though we work with PVC tarpaulin, it should be considered odorless. The printing ink is also free of solvents and therefore has little to no smell.

- The rug can be folded and stored to save space.
- For unusual dimensions, you can order the next larger size and specify the exact dimensions in the comment field. We will manufacture it exactly to size at no extra cost.
- The weight of a 5x3m rug is about 6kg.

Awning carpets
The wind skirt is attached to the carpet via Velcro and is therefore easily removable. This considerably facilitates assembly and insertion into the piping rail. Alternatively, the wind skirt can simply be folded over when not in use. Compared to zippers, Velcro is particularly durable and reliable.
The rug is made of a high-quality, woven textile mesh material. The color is bonded directly into the fibers, which keeps the rug soft, odorless, and permanently shape-retentive. Unlike synthetic rugs, it does not develop hard creases or tripping hazards.
Yes. Both the rug and the wind skirt are washable at 40 °C. For larger sizes, we recommend a professional laundry service, as standard household washing machines often do not use enough water to rinse the rug thoroughly.
The rug is ideal for grass and level surfaces. Grass can grow through the material, which makes it permitted on many campsites that prohibit groundsheets. On stony or rocky surfaces, we strongly recommend using an underlay, as sharp stones can damage the textile fabric.
Yes. For motorhomes, we offer versions without a wind skirt, featuring a continuous hem and eyelets instead – ideal as a portable outdoor rug.
Yes. The Campidoo awning carpet and our inflatable groundsheet are perfectly coordinated. If ordered together, we will automatically manufacture the carpet approx. 10 cm smaller so that it fits perfectly into the groundsheet.
With a size of 5.5 × 2.5 m, the awning carpet weighs only approx. 3.5 kg, making it particularly easy to transport.
Furniture films
In rare cases, the furniture film may arrive slightly creased or wrinkled due to transport. This is not a problem. The material relaxes on its own during application. In this short video, we show you how creases can be removed very easily: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qosYsC_IZhk
Yes. The furniture film is easy and clean to apply – no prior DIY experience required. It can be applied bubble-free and repositioned multiple times during installation.
Yes. The adhesive is designed so that the film can be removed without leaving any residue within the first few years. After about 3 years, the adhesive becomes permanent.
The film adheres best to smooth surfaces such as wood veneers, coated furniture surfaces, or glass-like surfaces.
Not suitable are rough or grained surfaces, e.g., unpainted plastic surfaces or structured interior walls in campers. The film will only adhere to a limited extent or not permanently here.
Yes. The matte-laminated film is waterproof and is also suitable for damp rooms. In wet areas, we recommend additionally sealing the edges with silicone.
Yes. The film is produced in a width of 60 cm and various lengths and can be cut to size without any problems. Custom dimensions are available at any time.
Repeat refers to the ability for a pattern to be joined seamlessly. With our films, this is usually not necessary, as camper surfaces are rarely very large. Special solutions are available upon request.
The film can be cleaned as usual with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
All furniture films are printed and handcrafted in-house and are not comparable in quality to conventional hardware store films.
Sticker
The stickers are made of Oracal 751c, a high-quality, glossy high-performance film. According to the manufacturer, it is UV and weather-resistant for up to 7 years, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Yes. The Oracal film used is specifically designed for permanent outdoor use and reliably withstands sun, rain, and changing weather conditions.
The stickers are pre-cut and self-adhesive. Simply peel off the backing paper, position on a clean and smooth surface, and press down. No prior experience is necessary.

Yes. Within the specified shelf life of up to 7 years, the sticker can generally be removed without a trace, leaving no adhesive residue behind.
They adhere best to smooth, grease-free surfaces such as paint, glass, metal, or smooth plastic surfaces.
