Pollutant filters for permanent installation in motorhomes and campers
The Travel Active camping filter is permanently installed in the camper and provides pure, great-tasting drinking water directly from the tank. The activated carbon cartridge protects against contaminants while simultaneously improving the taste and clarity of the water.

The Active cartridge consists of a specially purified and sintered activated carbon core. The cartridge reduces organic pollutants, various pharmaceutical residues, light hydrocarbons, solvents, pesticides, flavors, and fine particles (rust, limescale, sand). It also effectively neutralizes unpleasant tastes and chlorine-based impurities in the water.

The filter is installed in the pressure stage of the water pump and can be placed in different locations depending on where the water is to be filtered. To enable quick and clean installation and removal of the filter, we use specially developed GEKA® quick-release couplings with integrated backflow preventers and stepped nozzles.

By installing the filter between the water connection and the motorhome's filler neck, pollutants, taste, and appearance of the water are filtered out during the filling process. Coarse particles such as sediment, rust, and sand are also prevented from entering the tank in the first place.

What is being filtered?

Filtration of microplastics in drinking water: Microplastics and other fine particles: Due to the ultra-fine structure of the sintered activated carbon, microscopically small plastic particles are reliably retained.
